Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Than Lwin Pay account from inside the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Than Lwin Pay app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your PIN to confirm.
- Your account will be permanently deleted and you will be signed out.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account is permanently deleted and can no longer be used to sign in or access the wallet.
- Active device sessions are revoked.
- Personal account data associated with the deleted account is removed from active systems, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or applicable law (see our Privacy Policy).
Need help?
If you cannot open the app or forgot your PIN, contact us via [email protected]. Provide the phone number registered on the account so we can process permanent deletion.
